Throughout every stage, Orbit Homes consistently delivered outstanding results. Most of the defects identified by my independent consultant were promptly addressed, and for the few that weren’t rectified, clear and thorough explanations were provided. Impressively, my site supervisor even identified and addressed some defects proactively.

A special shoutout to Danielle, my office contact, who was truly exceptional. She always responded to my concerns quickly, demonstrated incredible patience, and was a fantastic listener. Her support made a huge difference.

And then there’s Cam, my project manager—simply outstanding. When we encountered issues with the bricks, Cam went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the solution, all at no additional cost to us. During the final walkthrough and handover, Cam made sure we didn’t feel rushed. We took our time to inspect every detail, and he was genuinely accommodating, addressing almost all reasonable defects without hesitation. His approach made the final stages stress-free and smooth.

While Orbit Homes does take their time to complete and deliver the house, it’s clear that this focus on quality is worth it. So far, I genuinely feel that quality has not been compromised.

We’ve just received our keys and are excited to move into our new home. Of course, there might be defects we didn’t catch during the walkthrough, but I’m hopeful that any reasonable issues will be addressed, and that the upcoming 3-month maintenance process will be as smooth as the construction phase.
