Professional, efficient & great communicators! – From the beginning Stroud have been exceptional. They provided a prompt black & white quote & contact, answered any questions & queries we had without hesitation. Being first home owners & not in the building industry they provided a plethora of advice which reassured us that we had made the right decision building with Stroud. We built in Fraser coast whilst living in rural QLD which was challenging not to be present for each stage of the build however, The Stroud Fraser Coast team were nothing short of amazing. They provided progress shots, videos & weekly updates. Any requests or changes were accommodated & nothing was too hard. The finished product was impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed building with Stroud Homes & wouldn’t hesitate to build with Stroud homes again. They are professional, highly efficient, organised & approachable. Their customer service is impeccable. I recommend Stroud Fraser Coast to anyone that is looking to build.

Building a home can be stressful at the best of times, but I'm sure building from a distance would have given you some additional challenges to overcome.
