Dream Home Complete! – When my wife and I were looking for a builder, we set out to find someone that was reputable, genuine transparent, honest and trustworthy. It was also integral to us that we found someone that offered good value for money who also took pride in their work. With Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour team, we got all that and so much more.

From the get go, Yarren and Darby were accommodating of all our requests. Yarren was more than willing to come inspect the site (on multiple occasions) to discuss options for our build. He listened, he offered advice and came up with many fantastic ideas that were incorporated into our home. Throughout the whole process, nothing was ever an issue. To me, this showed that Yarran and the team were dedicated their customers and their jobs. The quoting process was easy and transparent, we knew exactly what was included and exactly what was extra. There was no hidden costs or nasty surprises. This gave us so much confidence, especially after comparing to other builders and their quoting process. Anything office and payments related was sorted in quick time by Erin. We were always kept in the loop with invoicing, payments and receipts.

Throughout the entire build, site supervisor Jake (and Yarren) maintained a direct and open line of communication. If we ever had any questions, issues or concerns both of them were happy to help us out and clarify anything we raised. Updates and inspections were frequent throughout the entire build. Weekly updates were also provided which kept our mind at ease! The trades were friendly and always very complimentary towards the Stroud team. They all took great pride in their work and the job site was always clean and tidy.

The build was completed nearly three weeks early despite leading into Christmas. We were blown away by the build quality throughout the house. Both Jake and Yarren have an excellent eye for detail, even the most minor issues were touched up and fixed. What gave us even more confidence was the fact that the home was inspected by an independent building inspector prior to handover. Even that report commented on how beautiful and well finished our home was!

Overall Yarren, Jake, Darby and Erin have done an incredible job, the whole process was seamless. We can't thank you enough. You didn't just build us a house, you've built us a home that's unique, functional and beautiful. We couldn't be more proud to call this house our home.
