I had a very positive experience with Steve Waite from New Gen Homes, and would not hesitate in recommending him to future home buyers.
I had many questions throughout the design process, but despite the time consuming nature of these questions, Steve was patient and provided great explanations. I made several proposed changes to designs, and Steve often suggested helpful ideas which I never considered. On a personal note, Steve was upbeat, enthusiastic, hardworking, and extremely generous with his time.
Overall, a great experience.
