Their exceptional communication, top-notch craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and the genuine care they put into every detail are just a few of their many strengths. We’re beyond grateful to have chosen them as our builder.

Now for the detailed review: We were incredibly particular when selecting a builder for our new home, especially after a less-than-ideal experience in the past. After doing extensive research and seeing several of their completed homes in our area as well as hearing glowing recommendations from their clients, we reached out to Stroud Brisbane East. From our very first conversation with their sales consultant, we knew they were the right choice for us.

What really impressed us was their flexibility and willingness to customise their plans. We heavily modified one of their designs to suit our needs, and they worked tirelessly with us to ensure every detail was perfect. Looking back, this involved countless hours of work on their end without any contractual or monetary commitment from us at that stage. This truly speaks to their integrity and commitment to delivering exactly what the client wants, without locking anyone in prematurely.

We also love that they’re a family-owned and operated business. Owners Lisa and Dave genuinely care about every single client, and it’s evident in how highly their long-term staff speak of them. Siana, our contracts administrator and primary point of contact during the build, was fantastic. Her communication was clear and detailed, and her attention to detail was second to none. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and approachable, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Our site supervisor, Matt, was equally amazing. He kept us updated throughout the build, promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had, and ensured everything ran smoothly. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had him overseeing the project. We also had the pleasure of working with Jess on occasion, and she was always prompt and eager to assist. Even post-build, she’s been great in handling maintenance, and the minor issues we’ve raised (such as a rangehood warranty, unrelated to Stroud) have been addressed swiftly. Mal from their site maintenance team was also a pleasure to deal with. Always approachable and easy to chat with, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He even offered some valuable advice on how to landscape an external area we were unsure about, ultimately saving us from making a potentially costly mistake. His expertise and friendly demeanor were much appreciated.

From start to finish, Stroud Brisbane East demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, and their communication was flawless. They were flexible, accommodating, and made what could have been a stressful process truly enjoyable. But most importantly, they made us feel like part of their extended family- genuine, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond.

We absolutely love our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again in the future and we are looking forward to one day working with them again! Just all-around incredible people and exceptional builders that we highly recommended.
