Happy First Home Owners – We are really happy with Stroud Homes Gold Coast North. Our build was managed really well, they updated us weekly on what has happened and what is expected in the next week. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. We added a few extra powerpoints during construction which were easily accommodated and any little issue was easily fixed and prior to handover, there were not too many defects and no major ones, but all were fixed prior to handover. Our build was on budget and completed on time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

You first came to visit Martin in the Bronte Display Home in Pimpama and were looking for a total package. Martin referred you to the Pacific Cove Land Office, where you selected a fantastic lot. You originally looked at the Bronte 225 but with the teams assistance you decided that the Bronte 227 would be a better fit. I’ve been told that you are a very successful young couple who were First Home Buyers and were happy to follow our lead in every instance, you always showed up to the booked appointments and have now come out with a stunning home!
