Impressive team made us enjoyable new home building journey – Almost the final stage and near to the handover time of our new house, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our builder, Stroud Homes Brisbane East (SHBE). As this is our first building home, we initially would be afraid of the long and complicated process, however, we are so blessed that we found this builder who has been letting us hassle-free in the long journey. Both of my husband and myself are working in creative industries who have high quality and design standards on interior design, we would always like a modern industrial style of house and Stroud Homes is absolutely delivering what we would like.

Special thanks to Lisa, she is always a good communicator, very clear and patient to talk us through every steps, different procedures and pricing. I still remembered the time when we started building our house, we were here in Brisbane for just a few days and we were packed with business meetings and Lisa was so flexible to meet with us on a Sunday afternoon! I liked her suggestions most of the times as she always not only using as a professional builder point of view, but also as a mother and housewife. i.e. a user’s viewpoints which let us easier to make our decisions. Much appreciate her efforts who is always articulate, understandable and reasonable. Dave is very professional and patiently explained to us the pros and cons of different materials for the house frame and walls. Matt, the site manager, has strong sense of responsibility and always keep us informed the work in progress on every Friday. He took care of us and explained every details of the progress proactively every time when we were at site visits. Shennyn is also very nice and caring as she used to bring the plans and samples to our home for review and discussions while I was taking care of my two children alone and not able to go to their office. The entire team, they are all very nice, polite, responsive and considerate persons and have also been demonstrating the team’s profession, hardworking and momentum.

They use Voxer app for communications which is similar to WhatsApp and TG apps, which is very user-friendly and good for keeping everybody on the same page. Although there were some minor issues happened recently, appreciate they fixed them in a positive and timely manner. We can really feel that they are truly glad of helping us to build our desired beautiful and loving house. Their passions towards what they are working on professionally is definitely highly regarded. We are so looking forward to living into our new home soon and we will update photos of our new house when it is handover.
