Outstanding service and experience from start to finish – I am so glad my partner and l walked into Perry Homes at Chisholm and met Ben the sales consultant. After being stuffed around by a previous builder and looking through hundreds of floor plans from other builders, I was so happy when Ben showed me a brand new design by Perry Homes which would fit our corner block perfectly. We were sold after our first initial meeting. After that everything just fell into place and l couldn’t be happier with the service Perry Homes provided us. Ben was very accomodating to my indecisiveness and was always quick to answer emails and update us through out the whole design process.

Our site supervisor Brandon was nothing short than amazing. He constantly sent us updates, so we knew what was happening on site that day. He was super accomodating to any changes such as changing out kitchen cabinetry and was always quick to answer a text, call or email, even on the weekends.

I cannot thank the team at Perry Homs; Ben and Brandon for building us our first ever beautiful home.
