David, Lisa and the entire team at SHBE were nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we met with them for the initial consult we know we would be using them to build our investment property. Nothing we asked with respect to changes was too much trouble and they gave us the confidence they would be able to achieve what we wanted within budget. They whole build process was smooth and included weekly updates which was very important to us. Once it was time for handover, we feel like any minor defect concerns we raised were addressed and we were left extremely happy. Long story short, we would definitely build with SHBE again!
