As we were relocating to Coffs Harbour from interstate, the prospect of building a home felt quite daunting. However, the Stroud team made the experience smooth and stress-free. They kept us regularly updated throughout the build, including sharing photos of the progress, which provided great reassurance that everything was moving along smoothly and gave us confidence every step of the way.
From our very first interaction through to handover, the team was fantastic to deal with. Communication was excellent, and we always felt well informed and kept up to date at every stage of the journey. This is the second time that we have build a new home and I can honestly say that the service and build quality that we experienced through Stroud Homes, was night and day compared with our previous build.
The quality of the build is outstanding, and the attention to detail really sets Stroud Homes apart. Everything was finished to a high standard. The team was also flexible and willing to work closely with us to ensure that our home reflects exactly what we were looking for.
