We chose to build our family home with Worthington. Honestly the best decision we could have made! We are so close to PCI and handover now.

So many people we know have had such a terrible time with their builders but it has been an absolute dream with Worthington. High quality, on time (or even ahead!) every step of the way, honest, down to earth advice that has helped us save and only spend where it counts and end up with such an incredible home! We're so close now! (Again a good month ahead of schedule!)

Their "standard" level for inclusions have been head and shoulders above every other builder we looked at. Their baseline is about the mid-upper range for most builders and while yes that means they are a bit more $$ at their standard prices, that meant we actually didnt really end up upgrading much at all so we ended up spending the same or a bit less than we would have with a 'cheaper' builder, only the quality is sooo much better.

They're also really transparent about their pricing, which was refreshing. Other builders lowball you but what you find is you end up having to upgrade so much to just make the house reasonable, that you end up spending as much or even more in the end and the end product wouldn't even come close to the quality of Worthington's finishes.

Communication and response times have also been incredibly fast, professional and really genuine. Could not have asked for anything more, its been an absolute pleasure.

They also have displayed integrity the whole way through. They flagged and fixed any mistakes along the way by trades at their own expenses- even ones we didnt notice at first- *they* brought it up and fixed it! And due to the structure of our loan, extra money was set aside in the contract, just in case of trade or material cost increases during the build. They said they would return whatever was not used. We naturally assumed we would never see that money again but that was not the case. The extra cash is being returned.

Genuinely loved every moment of the experience. From layout design to material selections, to the build itself, everything has been so smooth and so much better than we could have hoped for.

Special shout outs and thank yous to Matt (and Joel) for being the most incredible site manager we could have asked for; to Toby for spending so much time helping us decide and guiding us through the early stages with genuine advice; to Darren and Rupal for your incredible ideas and patience as we worked out what we did in fact want in our home and the amazing design you came up with; and Karlene for being so wonderfully helpful and patient (and so competent) when guiding us through all the paperwork and the processes involved. You guys have helped keep us sane and genuinely want to thank you all for making what we feared would be the worst experience, into one of the best!
