Impressed – Thanks to Yarren (the owner) and the team at Stroud. The level of service during our build was amazing. They gave us a bespoke home and nothing was too difficult for them to implement. We had the freedom to modify and shape our custom house as we liked.

We spent months working on the design plans with the team so that everything was squared away. Stroud even shared a powerful software tool so that we could add and manipulate our plans in 3D. We had minimal defects on our very complex home and every defect has been rectified. Yarren and the team have gone above and beyond with an attention to detail well after the initial warranty period.

We went to a few different builders before deciding on Stroud. Our experience was that the owners did not make themselves available. We met one competitor's owner once and that was when our paths crossed in the doorway of the office. Yarren was always available, involved and ready to answer questions and concerns. Every trade was skillful, professional and courteous, to the extent that one local technician with 25+ years of building experience remarked on how true and plumb our window frames and cornices were.
