Perfect first build! – Having had many renovators over the years, we were more than happy with the easy process of having our new home built. Slade & Aletha along with the team at Stroud Homes Bundaberg have done an outstanding job of our home. We were very fortunate to move into our beautiful home on Good Friday - handed over right on schedule ;-). Perfect timing for Easter get togethers with family & friends, who absolutely love it.
We could not be happier with the whole process. There were many designs, choices and options to consider (& change our minds on a number of occasions), however with the expertise assistance of Aletha, Slade & the team, nothing was a problem and all concerns and queries were easily sorted.
The quote was 100% black and white with everything outlined as required. There were absolutely no hidden costs at all. Also, there were no concerns with the bank, who commented & commended Stroud Homes Bundaberg for their efficiency & organisation, making their job much easier.
The workmanship & quality is outstanding with nil concerns. Right from the colour consult to then seeing them set in place as the build progressed, we could not be happier.
Communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and professional. By utilising the Voxer app and being able to chat anytime with the team as well as receiving our weekly calls from Scotty, we were well informed & kept up to date during the build.
David & I highly recommend Stroud Homes Bundaberg. We would certainly build with Slade & Aletha again, however we are so happy with this home, we wouldn't need a new one ;-). Thank you Stroud Homes Bundaberg! Exceptional work by an exceptional team!
