Great customer service so far nothing bad to say – Spent whole day to find fan in this hot weather and I visited couple shops. Lastly I came to Harvey Norman department store in Cannington Perth WA. The problem was not that I couldn't find same product as the one I bought Harvey Norman, it was because nobody explained me enough than they did. In conclusion I am very happy the product and customer service I had received from Harvey Norman department store Cannington.
