I bought a lg $1200 they send out wrong one got it replaced 1 year later broke down they not help full .they are bad

Coffs Harbour computers terrible service.

Very hard sell on Optus, making my husband and I leave the store feeling very pressured and unhappy with Harvey Norman. We were not even there for a new phone. We bought our notebook elsewhere. When a complaint was made, the franchisee said he couldn't care less as the sales person was doing there job. Lost our business forever.

Rude staff and appalling customer service

I wouldn't buy any electrical things from them because on Monday 18th January 2021 I purchased a Samsung 525L Top Mount Refrigerator - SR520BLSTC for $936 but Ally threatened me by saying it the fridge doesn't fit we won't be changing it for you and she used profanity so I would avoid at all costs because nobody should being speaking to their customers like that since it is disgusting.

Amazing flawless service. Launceston HN Star.

I had to return a faulty laptop for replacement today. Staff went above and beyond to source a replacement, made really informed helpful suggestions and were all round impressive. I brought my pleasant experience up at gym later in the day and the instructor related a similar experience she’d had last week. (Service wise). Something really impressive is going on with the electronics franchise in Launceston. One staff member said they work from an ethical base and my experience of their performance seems to reflect this. Highly recommend.

No Customer Service

Purchased a HP laptop 18 months ago at Busselton store. The laptop started losing charge and we found the power cord to be the problem. Rang the store and was told “sorry Mate, your 12 month warranty is up.” “Could you contact HP and see what they’ll do?” “No, they never do anything, you’ll have to buy a new cord for $99.”
We’ve spent countless dollars at HN through our business over the years. Doesn’t matter to them.
This guy was absolutely no help.
We rang HP next, and they were brilliant. We had our replacement within 24 hours. No charge. I’m over Harvey Norman. Good Guys will be getting our money from now on.

Harvey Norman does not do change of mind refunds even with unopened, brand new products. That is against the law! Buy somewhere else!

Refusal of warranty

Bought Akai TV from Harvey Norman Rothwell 13th March 2021 remote control failed several weeks later. returned faulty remote control September 2021 when I returned to Brisbane. was told not covered by warranty. but they gave me a 2nd hand one out of generosity which also was faulty. Today I contacted Akai direct with the product number and they said definatley covered by warranty and will send out a replacement. Thankyou for nothing H.N. salesmen they did not even check
