We've only just started with New Gen homes so far - here is our story so far. It was a rainy Wednesday afternoon and my husband and I were looking at display homes at Treeby. We had come out of one place and I said to my husband let's look at New Gen Homes while we are here as they have a home I like. We walked in and were immediately struck by the quality of the home and then we met Adam Dorey. He was attentive without being too much and gave us a lot of information packs to take home with us. He also sent us information that night via email. We signed with him two days later on the Friday and paid our deposit. He has answered all our questions when he said he would and has done everything he can to help and support us on this journey (even in his own time). He helped us to design the house with a few tweaks we wanted and was able to give us really great advice about some of our suggestions. He has been friendly and approachable and we have really enjoyed working with him through this process. If you have a chance, talk to Adam. We were glad we met him that day and signed with him and New Gen Homes.
