We did extensive research before choosing a builder, and overall our experience with Beachwood Homes has been very positive. From the initial sales process through to interior and exterior selections, construction, and aftercare, the level of customer service and quality has been consistently high.

Our double-storey home was completed within nine months, which we were very happy with. The build was well managed, with a responsive building coordinator who was always happy to answer questions, and a site supervisor who made time for regular discussions around progress and updates.

While Beachwood uses subcontracted trades throughout the build, they were proactive in addressing any defects identified by our independent building inspector. Issues were acknowledged and resolved, which gave us confidence in the overall workmanship and build quality.

Post-handover, we recently completed our 90-day inspection and were impressed with the aftercare process. Both the aftercare coordinator and maintenance manager were professional, thorough, and helpful in inspecting/explaining/approving any items that needed attention/resolution.

Overall, we’re very happy with our finished home and would recommend Beachwood to anyone considering building.
