An excellent building experience – We had a great experience building a property for the first time, and are very happy that we chose to go with Stroud. We looked at a few different builders early on, but felt like we were in good hands with Stroud from the outset, and this proved to be true over the course of the build.
Our build happened throughout the very challenging year of 2022. While we dealt with a few delays (mostly due to the weather) and the occasional problem that needed to be worked through, the team at Stroud were always on top of things and communicated frequently and clearly to avoid any stress on our part.
After taking possession of our new home, we couldn't be happier with the build quality and workmanship. Additionally, the Stroud team have always been available to assist with the few queries that we have had since handover.
In short, choosing to build with Stroud was an excellent decision, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a build on the Sunshine Coast. We would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Stroud Homes Sunshine Coast for building us such a beautiful home.
