Stroud have been an excellent builder to deal with. From sales to build to handover everyone was open, honest and happy to receive feedback. The weekly updates provided a fantastic channel to discuss progress and keep you informed and up to date. The project manager (JB) was exceptional. We did experience a bit of a delay but it was due to completed works not being up to the standards they expect. While disappointing that it took longer it was great to deal with a builder that wants a great end product. Highly recommend the team!
