Excellent quality home build - Great customer service and amazing results! – The Toowoomba Team were the best to deal with. From the moment we sent our first email, the communication was phenomenal. Nothing was too much or too hard. Never did we feel pressured or rushed. Every step was explained to us, communicating to us every week from the start. Being so patient with us waiting for our land to settle.
When I emailed Megan the first time about house plans, our wants/ non negotiable inclusions or exclusions and budget, she was quick to reply with house plan suggestions. Any changes we made were always supported and never too difficult. The only delays we ever had were weather which was completely out of anyone’s control and the final bank inspection which was delayed by the bank due to the inundation of houses being completed following the Home Builder grant.
Megan and Pat; your entire team has just been the best to us. We worried about how stressful building would be but you guys made it so easy. We never felt overwhelmed with the process and we’re just eager to start our new chapter in this beautiful home you have created. The quality and finishes of the home stand out so much! Your knowledge and attention to detail has clearly shown and we will be recommending to all who ask, to come and see you guys!

18 months Review - Still unbelievably happy with our Alfred 190! Perfect home for our little family (with plenty of space for visitors and guests).
Even with all of the building demand, Stroud Toowoomba have been happy to help us with questions after handover. Our 12-month maintenance review was delayed but completely understandable with the amount of homes being completed currently.
We still recommend Stroud to anyone we talk to about our build and home if we ever get the pleasure of building another home, we will be coming back to Stroud Toowoomba if/when that time comes.
