Would build with Stroud again. Our first ever home. Couldn’t be happier – Bit late in writing this review but we moved into our home in September 2020. Overall the build went super well. Only a few minor issues which were all sorted and in a timely manner. One of our biggest suggestion is make sure you check over your working drawings post cabinet maker stage as our fridge space shrunk which is still more than fine for us but that was one little detail we missed as it shrunk by 100mm. Also in regards to upgrades, we highly recommend invisi guard for the stacker doors. We couldn’t be happier with how it looks and was worth the upgrade. We also upgraded the kitchen sink, kitchen tap ware, and our master en-suite basins and shower screen to frameless. Another one is to ensure the kitchen bench is deep enough. We upgraded to waterfall edges as well. Overall the communication from our site supervisor was good. Friday updates were always received. On that note we must say the quality of the finishes and the overall quality of the home made us very pleased that we went with stroud. Just make sure when you do the handovers.com inspection you are doing a thorough look over as our guy missed quite a few things that we picked up that had to be completed. We would build again with stroud as the process compared to many other friends of ours who have built with other companies seems like was an absolute breeze. No major problems and no major delays. Our house was a Custom/slight plan change due to the corner block and we were still In within 21 weeks. Thanks so much to Nathan, Paul, Henry and Geraldine. We love our home and couldn’t be happier.
