Good builder – David and Lisa (the owners) are two of the nicest people we have met. David was very easy to work with, quick to respond to any design or construction queries, and met all of their timeframes along the way. I am a civil engineer who has been in residential subdivision development for over 30 years, and i can honestly say that David is one of the best builders i have worked with. Stroud committed to a 5 month building contract over the Xmas period which i thought was risky, but despite the fact that we had weeks of rain over the period, Stroud were only 2 weeks past the 5 month building period. Like every builder, there were a few issues at the end to correct, but Stroud corrected them pretty quickly. My wife and i are now happy with our home and love living in the home. We will definitely build with Stroud Brisbane East again should the occasion arise.
