Refund ticket amount – The agency has not refunded our ticket money since 3 years . Still struggling to get this money . Highly recommend not to go with this agency

Hello, Goli. We would like to apologize if we have caused you any inconvenience. You can file a complaint by accessing our user portal. To access or create your user account, please follow the instructions as:

1. Click on 'Login' button on the home page of Gaura Travel website :https://gauratravel.com.au/ or open the link as: external link  2. Create a new user account using the ‘Sign Up’ form if you log in to our customer portal for the first time. 3. If you already have an account, please fill in the login credentials to log into the customer account to self-lodge your refund, complaint, or date change request. If you forget your user credentials, click on ‘Forgot Password?’ button to reset your old password. 4. Once you are logged in, please select the ‘related option’ button in the left corner. 5. You can fill up the Refund Request, Complaints or Date Change request form and submit it. 6. After submitting the Refund Request, Complaints or Date Change request form, please ‘View’ the submitted request in the list view and you will be able to chat with the concerned Team regarding your concern in detail and follow up on your lodged requests/concerns with the team.
