They had all permits and council approvals ready to go the day we closed on the land, which made for a seamless start.
We began with their standard Montego Skillion design but worked closely with their design team to customize it to our needs, making significant changes to room sizes and layouts. The team was accommodating and helped us shape the home into something truly our own.
Throughout the build, Stroud kept us informed with weekly updates. While progress sometimes felt slower than we’d hoped, this is just part of the construction process, and it all came together beautifully in the end. When minor issues arose, Stroud was responsive, listened to our feedback, and worked with us to resolve everything promptly.
The final result exceeded our expectations—our home is stunning and exactly what we envisioned. A special shoutout to our site manager, who was an absolute star, ensuring everything ran smoothly and the quality was top-notch.
