The whole process of building my investment property went smoothly from the design phase to completion. The team were professional, met timelines, able to assist with additional council requirements required for the site, answered queries and responded promptly. In fact the build was completed ahead of schedule!

I was able to alter the design to accommodate my ideas. The finishes and inclusions have created a home that I'm sure will retain it's value and modern feel for years to come. Minor issues were dealt with swiftly during and post construction.

The build costs were those quoted and additional variations made by myself were always sent for approval, clearly identified and dealt with in a timely manner. The management of the build and the costs were handled in a very professional and friendly manner.

I chose SHBE as they recently completed a family members wonderful home and would be happy to recommend SHBE to any prospective home builder.
