A Greyhound in good hands – For anyone considering the relocation of their pet, I can definitely recommend Departure Pets. After enquiring with four different companies we found Departure Pets to be great to deal with. Their service is very professional and the process is straightforward to understand.

They delivered on promptly supplying all relevant information and followed up with phone contact once the booking was confirmed, as stated via the booking schedule. They ensured that our beloved Greyhound would get a direct flight from Adelaide to Launceston too, being sure to mention he "wouldn't be stranded on the tarmac in the heat for hours".

I can also offer that pricing was very competitive and with speaking to Leanne initially as the first representative out of the four companies, her detailed information, care and thorough manner was enough to reassure me this was the company for us :) .
