We were kept informed every step of the way and everything went very smoothly which is a far cry from our last house build.

All of the crew, Megan, Pat, Deb and Brendan were so accomodating it was unbelievable. The service provided was way better than we ever expected and we would recommend Stroud to any of our family and friends in a heartbeat.

The after sales service was the icing on the cake. we had a small problem with the oven on the weekend and straight away, although they had something planned, Pat and Megan were ready to sacrifice their own plans to fix the issue, which was something out of the builders control.

I’m terms of costs, there were no changes from our initial quote to the end of the contract. The value for money in the finishes that we got is exceptional and we are so happy in our new home.
