Couldn’t be happier – I’ve been in my Stroud home since April 2018 and I love it. I needed a home built on my block in Dorrigo with what I realised afterwards was quite a modest budget, and Yarren was really helpful from start to finish. I didn’t need a big house, but I didn’t want the finished product to appear too small for the area. Yarren took an older design from his catalogue and reworked it to my needs and I’ve never looked back. It’s exactly what I wanted. The whole process was very stress free, notwithstanding a fairly difficult D/A, and a site that was about an hours drive from his office. The quality of the finished product was excellent ,and the whole look of the place is fabulous. I’m really happy. I know this is unusual these days, but I can’t find any negatives to speak of. I would recommend Stroud homes Coffs Harbour whole heartedly. Rod , Dorrigo
