Great builders and beautiful home! – My build went unbelievably well. The staff were all great, supportive and so friendly. The building manager, Chris Davey, was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much bother, he was on site regularly, he gave us fortnightly phone calls to update us, and if we had any queries he responded immediately. I couldn't believe how good Webb and Brown-Neaves were! Compared to some of the horror stories you hear about builders these are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free build. Workmanship was excellent and the quality of the build exceeded my expectations. My house is beautiful and I have settled in very well to it and am enjoying my lovely new home:) Final cost was a little higher but due to me choosing to add in a few extras as I proceeded. There was no blow out of costs by the builder with everything coming in on target. Although it took a long time to finalize plans and get started, once this happened everything went very smoothly.
