Amazing first home, first build experience! – We couldn't have asked for a better team to deal with for our very first home. We spoke to a couple of builders prior to Stroud but are so happy with the choice we made to build with them. They were very friendly, professional and their attention to detail was on point. No question seemed stupid.
Our house was designed specifically to fit on our block and we couldn't be happier with the design!
The whole administration and construction process was extremely smooth. As soon as our finance approval came through, they were on site and slab down within the week. It all happened in the blink of an eye.
Nothing to fault. There were no delays with our build, constant updates (photos anytime Barry was on site) and the Friday summaries were an awesome way to keep you updated with whats happening next. Fantastic contact from Barry always.
The finished quality of the build was beyond our expectations.
They made the experience really comfortable.

We're particularly pleased that, as first home builders, you chose us! Many first home buyers that we meet are searching for the lowest cost without regard to quality of experience or build - but you went for a quality option and I'm glad that you are happy with your Stroud home! Dan tells me you've got a tradie in the family as well, so you knew what you were looking for in terms of a well run building team - we always take it as a vote of confidence when tradies who are in the know choose to build with us. That's not to say everything went perfectly smooth! Dan shared a story with me about how the painters picked up the wrong can of paint for the front cladding. He said there was a bit of back and forth until we worked out what had gone wrong, but through it you were patient, kind and treated everyone on the team with respect. In Dans' words, "it made everyone want to look after your build as much as we could". So, please allow me to thank you for being a 5 star client, and to wish you many happy years in your home (or until you sell up and go again!). Somehow I think there might be a big beautiful Kentucky in your future!
