Worthington Homes, the best in the business! – The team at Worthington Homes have truly created our dream home, and we absolutely cannot wait to move into it! Every team member we met, whether on the phone or in person has made this journey so much easier and less stressful. At the very beginning when it came to purchasing our block of land, Liam gave us great advice. Even through our decision process he always answered our calls and made time for us, we appreciate that so much.

Once we decided to go for it Mark and his team took one of Worthington's floorplans and customised it to exactly what would work for us. At our tender appointment Darren made sure we understood what each clause meant, and went into see detail with any questions we had, and was upfront about costs. We were really excited and happy with everything and we decided to commit! We were then handed over to Karlene. Karlene is truly amazing, with this being our first time building, she eased our stress and made the process less daunting. Her instructions for the selections process was clear and easy to follow, I was able to easily book with the different suppliers. Our colours selection appointment with Selma was alot easier than I was expecting as well. I really felt as though she knew the direction I was heading towards and helped me where I felt a bit lost. Any ideas or extra things I wanted to add she quickly found and put together. We did also upgraded to the Lifestyle package that Worthington offer. I was surprised there were so many inclusions and options that fit the design I had in mind perfectly. After all our selection appointments were done, Karlene regularly updated us with any approvals that had gone through, and guided us when following stages had been reached. She kept a close eye on everything and we really felt she had our back as her client, we couldn't thank her enough! We then made it to site! Luckily we got to have the construction manager Joel as our site supervisor to start with. We were not expecting the build to move as quickly as it did, they started on site the last week in October and Joel had our slab down within 3 weeks of breaking ground, then our roof up in no time, we were highly impressed! In the new year we had David come on as our site supervisor and he had the house progress just as fast. Work continued on in the new year earlier than we were expecting as well, and there wasn't a week where there was nothing done. We received weekly updates from David via email of what was completed that week and what was expected to be completed the following week. Communication was clear and transparent, We didn't have to even chase them up once for an update on the build. David and Joel always made themselves available for walk throughs when we requested, and also let us know when milestone stages were complete and invited us to site. Both had amazing attention to detail, anything they weren't happy with they had corrected immediately, they treated it as if it was their own home they were building. They were onto everything before we even knew about it, it really put our minds at ease knowing we could put our trust in them.

We cannot recommend Worthington Homes enough! We have absolutely no regrets and would 100% do it all over again with them if the opportunity presented itself.

The entire team have made what is usually a stressful time to a really exciting time for us, and we are tremendously happy with the result!
