Delivered what was promised – We spent some time making sure the details and everything we wanted were included in the contract. We didn’t want surprises or to be ‘nickel and dimed’ - we needed everything to be clear and agreed and the price fixed. Once that was finalised everything, including the build went well. The process was easy, communication was excellent, the price was as agreed and the house was exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier!
