Come Build with Cam – We don’t even know where to start with him. If we could give him a 100 stars rating, we would, 5 is not enough to express what we feel about him. We don’t have enough words to express our gratitude. My wife and I came from Overseas and always wanted to build our dream home. We fell in love with Perth and decided that when the right time comes, it would be here where we would call home. But for not being from here and not understanding much about how things work here, we were always afraid of doing it with the wrong person or company, that’s when we met Cam, and we could not express our gratitude to have had him as our guide to find what we always dreamed of. We started our journey in March 2021, back then we were not even Australian Residents yet, and different from other sales reps and companies, Cameron took his time to show us his house and land packages, inclusions, finishes, explained the company policy on quality and the financial part of building, all that knowing we were not ready to buy yet. For us his attitude showed that he loves what he does and for us that is what makes him a very special person because, even knowing we weren’t ready to go forward with the purchase of the house, he showed how much one’s dream can be important to him, even though that can only happen God knows when. When we finally got our residency, 6 months after our first appointment, we didn’t think twice about contacting him again, as he was the only one who actually cared enough to explain everything for us back in March. To our surprise he remembered us and welcomed us again with a big smile, as if we were an old friend that hadn't seen each other in a long time. I know this can sound as if he was trained to do that, but we saw how different it was with him, when we started seeing other sales reps and they were pretending they remembered us. We knew he was being genuine, but by then we hadn't imagined how much of a good person he is and how much he loves helping people. From day dot, he was just amazing. He did the possible and impossible for us, going through options of land in the area where we wanted to live. I can’t even count how many times we went back and forth, changed the size of land, location, the plan we wanted, and he was super happy to help us every single time, even later in the afternoon, weekends and public holiday. We really cannot thank him enough.His help at the time to choose the land was remarkable, because when we were losing hope to find what we wanted at the price we wanted, he rang up in the middle of the day and pointed us to an opportunity that had only become available on the market. He guided us on how to secure the land and was quick to draw a sketch of a house we wanted to show us at our next day meeting. When we showed up to the meeting he didn’t waste time and showed us the plan he had. We didn’t have to tell him what to do, he was so into our dream home, that he knew what we wanted and how to guide us to start sketching our house. Along the way we decided to change a few things and he did the changes on our chosen plan, on the spot, so we would leave our meetings knowing how the changes we wanted looked like, instead of us waiting for emails or until next meetings. We think that one of he’s great skills, which for us made all the difference is that he actually stopped and listened to us and to what we wanted, a few other companies spent their precious time with us talking bad about other companies, telling us we shouldn’t go with certain company, that we shouldn’t go on certain area (knowing that there was the area that we wanted to build), while Cameron was just trying to do his job the better way possible and present to us his best work, give his best ideias, and not wasting time. We don’t see how we would not choose him to build our house, he did what he could to get to the price we wanted, he gave us advice on how to better spend our money to achieve what we wanted. He is not a pushy person, he makes you feel comfortable showing the way on how to achieve what you are looking for, he is honest and gives you the information you want at the spot without cutting corners. He is humble, he has the knowledge to help you with every single query, and if there was something we had, it was A LOT of queries, and he was ready for every one of them, always being clear and showing us what he meant, which we really appreciate, as English is not our first language, he made everything he could to answer our questions and to be honest, he didn’t hide anything from us. He didn’t let any things up to our interpretation, if he sensed that there was any doubt in our faces, he was quick to try and explain what he meant in a better way. We fell in love with Cameron’s personality, with his work and with professionalism. He found the perfect plan for us and customised the way we wanted, so we can build our dream home. Cameron, we can only thank you for being this amazing with us! And you should be really proud of yourself for the outstanding work you have done for us.. We are so ready to recommend his work to our friends as we know he will treat them as good as he treated us. And If you wish to build your dream home, we recommend Cameron a 1000 times, you will not be disappointed, he’s a person you can trust and will help you fulfil your dream, as he did to us.
