Brilliant New Family Home! – A big thank you to the Brisbane East Team! Especially Lisa who has helped us greatly throughout the entire process. We carefully sifted through a number of builders, and finally selected Stroud Homes due to efficient response to our interest and We are glad that we made the right choice.

The first day we met with Lisa and David, they made us feel welcome and were very accommodating with all our inquiries throughout the whole process.

It was our first home building experience, everything was completely new to us. We are overwhelmed with so much features and attractive inclusions given to choose from, But Lisa and David were tremendously patient to us. They know our budget, they tried to brief us through all the options and ensuring we understood what we were looking for, and also provided us suggestions based on their expertise. Nothing was too silly or too much to ask as we are totally new to the building process. Most importantly, all quotes are clearly stated Black & White, no surprises at the end of the building.

We had additional requests that comes up during the middle of the build, which were never refused by Lisa. She will have the requests carefully examined by the site manager, Matthew. Matthew and his team had been wonderful. Queries throughout the process were responded to promptly, not only that, weekly updates were provided with pictures, conversations messages and emails about the building process and what was coming up next. We were always look forward for the weekly updates, and it had become our routine to do so & also a big thank you to Shennyn for her administrative support throughout the process as well, it was very helpful.

Excellent communication experience and excellent workmanship has gone to the creation of our Brand New Family Home. We thank you Stroud Homes Brisbane East for making our first home dreams comes true.
