2.2Customer service – Usually once you buy the product online you get sent the tracking information within the same day or the next. I did buy this product on Saturday so I figured I’d wait till Monday. Wednesday comes so I figured I’d email and ask if the item has been sent and what is the tracking number.
I get a reply around 8pm at night saying we’ll get back to you once they find out from their fulfilment team. No response yet on Thursday so I just sent another email asking if they have found out yet and if I could get a refund if they weren’t sent by Friday. They responded to this email apologising and said they had further escalated the importance to their fulfilment team.
So Friday I also haven’t heard anything, so I emailed nicely of course if it wasn’t sent out if I could just get a refund (as I could easily have gotten the same product direct from the companies site and quicker delivery). Got no response from that email.
You can also create an account and log in to see any progress on your order on their website and finally it says that the items has been sent to auspost are 5:30pm and with a tracking number.
Moral of this rant, don’t but the product from here if you don’t want long delivery service, poor customer service and lack of communication. Also their website does not state any information on their website about shipping or refunds so that sparks a big red flag!! So if you ever bought anything from here, please pay through PayPal if anything goes wrong.
