Id give 10 stars if I could. After being seriously let down by another Pet carry Company I contacted Departure Pets. They were absolutely professional in every manner. Leanne and Matt- extra ordinary service. Believe me you guys were absolutely outstanding. Updates, attitude towards my girlie were as they are meant to be. Can not recommend this company enough.
