Outstanding experience from design to hand over – We are at the end of our build, hand over completed and it has been a great ride with the Worthington Homes Team. From the first visit, to planning, design, site and even billing the experience has been outstanding. The Worthington Homes team explained the process, kept in touch and had weekly update emails, which were always current, not some pre-set template, even though a couple were just admitting work slowed because of the weather, but they still kept us informed. Yes, there have been issues and all have been handled in a very professional way with amicable outcomes for both builder and ourselves. Not all Builders understand the nuances of knockdown rebuild, we cancelled our contracts with a larger building company, as it just didn't seem to understand we were not a green fields build. Worthington Homes understood the difference and we immediately felt comfortable with the team's ideas and suggestions for our build. Making the change to build our home with Worthington Homes the best thing we could have done. The Worthington Homes Team has delivered an outstanding home which we are absolutely thrilled with and an exceptional building experience.
