We had an exceptional building experience with Beachwood from start to finish of the construction of our single-storey house. The build started on December 05, 2024 and keys were handed over on May 21, 2025, earlier than expected. Thanks to their superb team.

Stephanie, their interior designer, was very accomodating. She did an amazing job during our color selection and it turned out really, really great. We appreciate you for sharing your superb talent.

Caitlyn did a fantastic job with our cabinetry and electricals. I love how the cabinetry plan in the kitchen transpired (it's lovely) and how we manage to maximise the electrical outline without spending much. Kudos to you.

And to Amber, our coordinator, thank you for being patient with us, keeping us updated almost every fortnight with regards to the progress of the build. We had some minor and major( roof color) conflict with the estate but you really made it smooth by giving us alternative without exceeding beyond our budget. You are amazing.

To Shane, our site supervisor, thanks for rectifying every issue that our private inspector escalated during the building proces, for checking some minor problems with us during PCI walk-through and for rectifying it before handover.

Aftercare team was also very responsive.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our over-all experience with this builder. Excellent communication, quality of work and a very professional and friendly team to work with.
