Price was competitive and worked to my budget, and the final price reflected the initial quote agreed to. Workmanship was tidy and completed in the time frame specified. I highly recommend getting in contact with Stroud Homes at Maroochydore, for your next build. This particular build was an investment property in the form of dual key (3 bed unit and 1 bed unit). Stroud handled it no worries.
