Great Service at the beginning. Terrible Procurement and Resource management during Construction! – We chose WB because we wanted a builder we could rely on. We met Zac Morrow while searching for house and land packages. He helped us review our budget & requirements before completing due diligence on several properties.

After finding the right block of land, Zac helped us to decide on the best design for us. We felt like he had our best interests in mind at all times. We were then introduced to Jasmin, who has been a great help with all of our selections and has continued the clear communication. We are very happy with Jasmin and received planning approval much sooner than expected, so we’re looking forward to the next steps.

The construction stage started in July 2021 and we have faced delays in every single stage of it. Procurement and Resource management is terrible and construction team have to wait for materials and labour after finishing every step. It's strange that the required materials are not being ordered in advance based on the construction schedule. The same issue on resource management. It seems the construction schedule is not followed by Procurement and Resource management teams.
