Quality Service – Previously, we have chosen not to build with building companies and built 4 homes going the owner/builder route. As we like to be in control of the building of our homes, we were very hesitant with going via a home builder. We chose WBN based on how many quality homes they have built in the Perth market and their reputation.

On our initial consultation with Martin, we were made to feel comfortable that we had made the right decision. He listened to what we wanted in a home, was patient in answering many of our questions, and was very helpful in all aspects that led up to the start of the building. Every concern, message, and phone calls were answered, and we felt that he cared.

At prestart, we were delighted to meet with Jasmin. From the onset, the process was very professional, as we proceeded to cover every aspect of our home selections. As we were very indecisive on some aspects, Jasmin offered her very tasteful opinion and thoughts. To date, she has communicated the building process to us and has kept us informed with what to expect, including building schedule dates, etc.

To date, our building with WBN has been very positive and I highly recommend and would not hesitate to refer future homebuilders to the professionalism of Martin Corrigan and Jasmin West.
