The best build ever!!! – We have been in our dream home that Stroud homes bundaberg built for us for 3 weeks now and the boys and I are still on cloud 9! Words cannot express just how happy Josh and I had been throughout the build let alone now being able to live in our beautiful Avoca! I couldn’t be happier! From our very first consult to our final handover, nothing seemed to be an issue. Aletha and the team just seemed to make it happen without a drama! The quality delivered throughout the home is what everyone expects and it’s just so fantastic that Stroud deliver that in their standard inclusions. Aletha and Slade are true to their word about the black and White quotes. No hidden costs what so ever! I loved to be able to walk through the Hervey Bay display home just to see the standard inclusions and get a better idea of what things look like and what I was getting for my money. Our broker was very impressed at the house valuation as Stroud homes came above the average! I looked forward to our weekly calls for an update on the build and loved seeing the build step by step! Aletha, Slade and Scott were always more then happy to involve our family in the build process and our boys will remember that forever! If we choose to build again, we wouldn’t need to think who our builders will be. We know it will be Aletha and Slade at Stroud homes widebay!
