So glad we decided to build with Perry Homes! – We chose to build the Winton 39 with Perry Homes, with just a few changes to the floor plan. The service and communication from Perry Homes during the building process has been wonderful. Ben Hancock was our sales consultant, he so great to deal with and he was so helpful when answering our questions and giving us advice to help us bring our house plans to life! We did have some issues with council pre-construction and Perry Homes was able to help us work out the best and most cost-effective way to meet their requirements. Once construction started, we were very lucky to have Brandon Calder allocated as our site supervisor. We live quite far from where we decided to build, so we were not able to visit the site, Brandon always kept us updated with lots of photos and details of how the build was progressing and was always willing to help in any way possible. We are so impressed at how quickly our house was built, just 3 months from when the slab was poured, which has allowed us to move in before Christmas! It has been a great experience to see our dream home come together, so glad we decided to build with Perry Homes!
