Impressive quality – We have just reached lock-up stage, and have been very impressed with WBN throughout our build. With the intention of this being our forever home, we took a lot of time in the design stage, and were never rushed at all. Our designer Rod was fantastic in understanding our needs and coming up with a design that was functional for our family. He listened carefully to our list of must haves, challenged us on things we wanted so we were sure if they were or weren't necessary and had lots of ideas based on his extensive design experience. So by the time we reached our final design we knew we had workshopped every element thoroughly, and were really certain on the areas we were spending upgrades on and that we were getting everything that was important to us. Fiona has been incredible with the details of our build - always one step ahead, sourcing products and making last minute changes, communicating on any issues that arise, and well as making sure everything runs smoothly. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and we have been so grateful for her guidance throughout the build. Jim has been an excellent building manager - we have met with him regularly on site, his communication is excellent and he has kept us up to date with each aspect of the build and we have been really impressed with the impeccably clean site and his thorough management of all aspects of the build. The trade work to date has been of the highest standard, and this was something we were very particular about and prepared to pay a premium to achieve. Our choice to go with WBN was based on the quality of their display homes, and the standard of finish was clearly higher than any other we had viewed. We visited displays and researched for 2 years before making our decision, and we are now very much looking forward to moving into our home in a few months' time.
