Never built before but WB making our custom home build easy and stress free so far – We are only in the initial stages of our building process with WB, but have been very impressed to date with Michael (our sales/building and design consultant) as well as Shelley (our pre-start liaison consultant). When we were wandering through display homes Michael stood out compared to other sales reps at other building companies by not only taking the time to listen to us and briefly show us a few WB designs, but also by taking the initiative to make an appointment with us to catch up a couple of days afterwards at our home (nice and convenient!). We appreciated Michael taking the time and effort to come to see us, listen to what we wanted in a house design, and were impressed with the design that he then came back to us with (as unlike other builders we were talking to, he understood how important northern light and other factors were to us and provided us with a truly original design). Michael is a major factor behind us choosing WB over other builders as we have felt comfortable dealing with him. He has made the process easy, talked us through any issues/questions and pretty much kept our build process enjoyable...and we have to say that Shelley is now offering a similar high degree of customer service as well. We are very impressed so far and look forward to continuing our custom build journey with WB.
