I’ve had an Aston 168 built by Stroud Homes Coffs Harbour and even though I’ve only had the keys for just over a week I’m very happy with the build. It has not stopped raining since handover so a good test, no leaks no build up of water around home. Before I selected my plan I was given lots of help and hints as to what was best to suit my narrow block I found Stroud employees to be professional, very helpful and friendly. I was worried about colour and tile selection but received great help and I’m pleased with the whole look of my home. I was kept up to date with every aspect of the build and was shown through the build each week. The workmanship seems very good and my supervisor always seemed to be a jump ahead of any wrongs. It’s a beaut home and I’m looking forward to having an easygoing life in it. There was no blowout of cost at the end and I knew what my home would cost from the beginning. Thank you Stroud Homes!
