We love our new home & the Stroud Sunshine Coast Team – Right from the start Dan from Stroud Sunshine Coast was more than happy and excited to help us find the house that had the features we were after and in our budget. The great customer service continued from Dan and his team. Sarah in the office is lovely and happy to help and answer any questions you may have. Building Supervisor Shane was very organised, has great communication and attention to detail. They also have a great team of tradies that all do quality work. We would definitely build with Stroud Sunshine Coast again.

Hi Rebecca L - Since writing a response, Dan has told me a little more about your build, that you were fantastic to build for and that you are now doing work on some other Stroud Homes! Like most builds, challenges come up - Dan mentioned something about adjustments that had to be made with the position of the HSTP and shed. He said it was great how you worked with us to sort it out. He also wanted me to thank you for referring several people who were thinking of building back to us. We really appreciate the support!
