We were walk ins with queries regarding a knock-down rebuild. Lisa attended the next day for a site visit where she gave advice / suggestions on what would suit / optimise the block. Right from the start Stroud went above and beyond - acknowledging our budget and providing suggestions such as flipping the plan / decreasing some areas to increase the size of others without having to increase the price. We opted for the standard inclusions - the range to choose from was more than adequate - with considered choices such as tile layout and complementing colours we were able to achieve a "top end" look within our budget. The communication was excellent with weekly updates from the supervisor and any issues were communicated immediately. The build itself was smooth and any issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently. Handover was straight forward, minor defects were rectified in a very timely fashion. Post handover we reached out to Stroud for advice regarding a couple of issues we had (not related to the construction). David and Chris came out to site to offer advice - again Stroud going above and beyond. We are very satisfied with how the build went and the finished house is beyond our expectations. It has been a pleasure working with Stroud Homes Brisbane East and we would recommend them to anyone wishing to build a house.
