through, they stopped for an unexpected jaw/teeth X-ray. The staff later explained when they could not finish the cleaning that a 30-minute slot is normal, and I should have expected that. However, according to my health fund, the cleaning should have been fully completed in one visit. When I told them [BUPA] this, they seemed almost blasé about helping me, despite my 45-plus years of loyal patronage. I expected a complete cleaning, but I left feeling rushed, and as if my decades of support meant nothing. Bupa should step up, pay more attention, and ensure their practitioners are acting with real professionalism."

excess applied to their policy because they can’t afford the high premiums. I submitted a few small claims, and have virtually received nothing after the excess gets deducted. For these insurance companies, it’s profit Thats all they care about they don’t care about customers that keep them in business. I will never give this company my business again. Very disappointed
