HCF

I have hospital cover i have paid my excess for the year. I don't have cataracts cover as I didn't have it before. I understand hcf won't cover the cataract surgery. What I object to, is , they won't cover the hospital either. Ripped off big time!

cancelled due to war, and when I contacted HCF on 31Mar2026 to cancel our travel policy (no claims made etc), they would only refund a "pro rata" of $601.34, So they keep $497.11 for doing nothing, as our trip had not even started! I will never use them in future. I could understand a small admin fee, but this is robbery!

Rome was extremely helpful and provided me with the answers to all my questions in a most friendly manner - he was a delight to deal with and a great ambassador for HCF Pet Insurance.

shopping centre. I spoke to the receptionist and told her I was not far away. Despite being only roughly 15 minutes late, and apologising profusely, my appointment was cancelled. Won’t be coming here again. Poor treatment of people with sight impairment.
